星期六的晚餐 三文鱼.
做法很简单：
1。 在三文鱼洒上 盐巴和胡椒，加点橄榄油 。
2。 然后，把切好的番茄，红萝卜放在一起烧烤。 220 degree celsius, 30分钟后，就可享用。就是这么简单。一道美味, 健康的晚餐. 不妨试一试.

简单的日本料理
简介：1号：日本酱油
2号：冷面（soba）
3号：日本拌饭配料
4号：日本汤味配料
5号：乌东面 （udon)
6号：现成咖哩汁
7号：日本米
在莉圆的姐姐暂住我的房间的那段时间，我学会一些简单的日本料理。包括了冷面，乌东面，日本咖哩饭和日本蛋饭。我觉得如果你们不觉得麻烦的话，不妨一试，它们一点也不复杂。
1. 冷面
材料：1，2，紫菜
做法：把 2 号 放在沸水煮五至六分钟，然后过冷河（如有冰块，口感会更好）。把紫菜切成细长片，之后便与过冷河的面混在一起，用个小碗装点 1 号，把冷面和紫菜攒着 1 号配着吃，完成！
2.日本拌饭
材料：3，7，鸡蛋
做法：用日本米像平常煮饭似的煮法，米不用洗得太过久，因为日本米基本上都很干净，洗得太多日本米的味道就不见了。煮饭的同时，也把鸡蛋给煮成半生熟，煮好了饭和半生熟蛋后，然后把3号的日本拌饭调料和半生熟蛋混进去饭里，之后便参杂地把它们给搅拌着，当所有的一切混合得均匀后，任务完成！
3.日本咖哩饭
材料 ：6，7
做法：最简单的一道，同样的把日本米像煮饭似的煮法，把现成的咖哩配料整包放入沸水力煮上大约三分钟，把热腾腾的咖哩配料放在饭上，即可食用！
4.乌东面 （Udon)
材料 ：5
做法：基本上日本的乌东面就好似我们的maggi mee， 煮法一样，就把乌东面给煮熟，然后加入乌东面里的附加调料，三至五分钟后即可食用！

上网
我现在在图书管上网，这图书管离开我家只须15分钟步行。图书管的营业时间是从早上8.45am-7pm。从今天开始我将会每天来图书管上网直到我开工为止。这里环境不错，又可以自习。不过有一样事情蛮担心的是怕我的电脑会被偷抢。我会尽量小心的。
I had problem accessing to the internet at home since last week, according to my next door housemate it is due to the failure of internet service provider. So i decided to come to my nearby library where i can access to the internet for free. This library is just 15 minutes walking distance from my house. Opening hour from 8.45am -7pm. I'll come here everyday until i start working on next monday. I think this is a good place to access to the internet as i can study as well. But 1 thing i quite worry is that my mac might be stolen, because i had revealed it to the public. Anyway, i'll be extra careful.

自我支撑的椅子 Self-Sustainable Chair
它是用7个垃圾袋, 2英尺式的泵和一双拖鞋造成的. 鞋泵入空气,一步一步的慢慢把洋装变成一张椅子. 人就可以舒适的坐在它上面。这椅子会因人的体重而慢慢的泄气, 回到原来的洋装. 是不是很新奇呢 ?
The dress is made up of 7 trash bags, 2 foot-pumps and a pair of slippers. The shoes pump air into an inflatable bubble attached to its rear part on each step, slowly turning the garment into a chair.

我觉得这个装置非常酷.它基本上采取未煮过肉类周围的空气抽样, 这装置可检测并发现到细菌所产生气体的存在. 如果颜色是绿, 指肉是新鲜的, 黄色意味着它还可以吃, 红色的意思是"不可以吃."
I find this device is very cool. It basically takes a sampling of the air around the uncooked meat and detects the presence of bacteria, which produce gasses that can be detected with this device. The results are color-coded so taht green means the meat is fresh, yellow means it's "okay" but not for long , and red means "don't eat it."

I've been surfing the net for free VOIP and came to this website that offer free call (landline & mobile) to 40 countries including Malaysia. But it only works if you have a Wifi phone, and the offer last until end of the year.

e2save was giving a free wifi phone, Nokia N80 on a clearance sales, with 10 months free on 12 months contract. I will get 600 minutes and 500 sms free per month. The plan cost £40 per month, and O2 will direct debit from my bank account. I need to send in my phone bill to claim the cashback every 3 months. It is quite worthy as I'm using company phone at the moment and paying £10 in average for my usage. There is no free minutes or sms given.

暂时工
明天我将会开始打暂时工。这份工其实是莉圆的姐姐Nicole的工，因为Nicole星期三将会回国所以我会暂时代替Nicole直到店找到人为此。这是一份类似Waitress的工。工钱蛮低的，不过相信会是不同的人生经验吧。呵呵。我应该不会做超过一个礼拜。还有就是这个礼拜天和礼拜一我将会为欧洲最大的嘉年华做益工, 这是我这次回来想要做的事情之一。希望一切顺利啦。:))
I will be working temporary as waitress tomorrow in one of the busiest shopping street, Oxford Street in London to replace Leann's sister, Nicole as she will be going back Singapore this Wednesday. I will have to replace her until they hire somebody, probably won't be too long. I think it is quite interesting and looking forward to work for them tomorrow. The next big thing is I'll be volunteering for the biggest carnival in Europe, the "Notting Hill Carnival" (http://www.visitlondon.com/events/detail/836782) on this coming Sunday and Monday. This is one of the event i wish to participate long time ago! Update you guys after the event ya. :))

我们刚通过了驾驶理论测试.我们一直努力学习.测试分为两节.第1节, 35个目标问题,你要得分最低30/35 .第2是一个危险的考验.这是最难的.你需要观察14个videos,有15危害.你需要找出危害.得分最低45/75.如果你发现它已经太迟了,你会得到零. 我们来了个打赌,低得分手得请分较高的一顿饭.
成绩如下

We just passed our driving theory test. It was so great. We has been study hard for the test. It is not that easy as what we had in Malaysia. The test is divided into two sections. Section 1, 35 objectives questions, you have to score minimum 30/35. Section 2 is a hazard test. This is the toughest. You need to watch 14 movie clips with 15 hazards. You need to spot the hazards and score a minimum 45/75. If you spot it too late, you will got zero. We got a bet over the test, the lower scorer have to treat the higher scorer a meal. I win.. happy happy.
