electronic meat smeller 电子肉类检查器




我觉得这个装置非常酷.它基本上采取未煮过肉类周围的空气抽样, 这装置可检测并发现到细菌所产生气体的存在. 如果颜色是绿, 指肉是新鲜的, 黄色意味着它还可以吃, 红色的意思是"不可以吃."
I find this device is very cool. It basically takes a sampling of the air around the uncooked meat and detects the presence of bacteria, which produce gasses that can be detected with this device. The results are color-coded so taht green means the meat is fresh, yellow means it's "okay" but not for long , and red means "don't eat it."
